Shipping-Handling-Returns

You can choose the type of U.P.S. service you like when you purchase from Bayview Marine.

All orders are processed within two business days, and usually on the same day.

Everything on our website is in stock and ready to ship, unless otherwise noted. We will contact you with a shipping date for any item listed as not in stock.

Some items will be drop shipped from our suppliers, those items will be sent as you select, if there is any extra cost it will be absorbed by Bayview Marine. You will only pay the shipping as estimated on the web site. 

We will package your item in a suitable box with a great deal of care. Some items like “Zincs” are obviously easy to ship without damage, and others will be doubled boxed for security.

Returns must have prior written authorization. No returns will be accepted without written approval.

We reserve the right to determine the terms and conditions of all returns. (See terms and conditions of use.)

Items offered for ‘free shipping’ will generally ship USPS.

Shipping fees include handling and packaging fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

We will package your purchase with care to insure you receive your item in good condition.

Any damage or shortage due to package damage should be noted upon receipt and reported immediately to the carrier. Damages and shortages as a result of shipping are the sole responsibility of the carrier.
