Terms and conditions of use.

Bayview Marine purchases from a wide variety of manufacturers, some of which may provide limited warranty for their products. Available warranty information will be made available upon request.

Bayview Marine Inc. does not assume responsibility or liability for workmanship or use of any product purchased from our suppliers. Any warranties, other than those supplied by the individual product manufacturer, whether expressed or implied, are hereby disclaimed by Bayview Marine Inc.

As a courtesy to our customers, Bayview Marine may accept for return, with prior written consent, certain items deemed defective or incorrect.

No items may be returned for refund.

All Items accepted for return will be exchanged.

All returns, defective, damaged, or otherwise, must be shipped prepaid to our home store.

Returns of new, packaged, items in a condition to re-sell may be returned, if pre-approved in writing. Merchandise must be returned within (20) twenty days. All pre-approved items that are accepted for return will be subject to a restocking fee of 25%.     Upon inspection and final approval of the returned product, you will receive an in-store credit, less the restocking fee (25%).

No returns will be accepted after twenty days.
